1. Check the current firmware of your Martian Notifier

  • Go to Martian's app help tab

  • Is the firmware 10.54? 

  • If not, please download the installer to update your Martian Notifier's firmware. You will need a supported computer to do so, Windows 7 to 10, or Mac OS 10.8 to 10.11

2. Already have version 10.54? If so, follow the steps below:

  • Turn the watch off, turn Bluetooth off 
  • Exit the app completely by going into the multi-tasking page and swipe the app upwards
  • Turn Martian Notifier back on, turn Bluetooth back on
  • Re-establish the connection to both devices
