IMPORTANT NOTE:
Update needs to be performed through a Mac computer ONLY, it does not work on an iPhone or an iPad.
- Charge your battery fully before updating your Notifier watches firmware.
- If your Watch is not updated within 5 minutes, unplug the Watch from the computer and restart the Firmware Update process. Do not allow your Watch battery to drain completely before finishing the Firmware Update.
- Do not use the “Update Mode” on the Watch unless instructed to do so by a Martian Customer Service representative.
1. Click the “Download” link below that corresponds to your Mac system.
2. Check your download destination folder and double click the zip file to decompress the installer
3. Since this updater is an App developed from 3rd party. The App won’t open until the customer have to do this.
- Go to “System Preferences”
- Select Security & Privacy
- Click on the lock below to allow edit the menu options
- Enter admin system password
- Under “Allow apps downloaded from:” Select “Anywhere
- Close window
- Double Click ” Martian Notifier Firmware Upd 10.54″ icon to continue.
4. Make sure your watch is charged to MINIMUM 50%
5. Use ONLY the original Micro USB Cable that comes with the watch
