1. Please check that your Martian Watch and app are connected.
2. Under “Alerts” tab, make sure that Text Message has a checked box.
3. Enable “Notification Access” on your Android device to be able to receive notifications.
4. If you are still unable to receive text messages, please go into your Android phone's settings, and look for Sounds and Notifications
- Under App Notifications, search for your text message
- Ensure that you have allowed permission for reading SMS app by the Martian Notifier app
- For "When Device is Locked" settings, make sure that it is on "Show all notification contents"
5. Double check that Accessibility is turned on for Martian Notifier
- Go to settings > Accessibility
- Tap on Martian Notifier and turn that on
