To pair your mVip to your Android or iOS, you will need to do so through the app.
First, check to see if you have downloaded the correct app:

Next, is your mVip fully charged? A green LED light would indicate a full charge when you attach the magnetic charger to the watch while connected to a power source.
Open the mVip app, and double tap (firm tap) quickly to the watch glass. Upon successful pairing, the watch will flash blue and vibrate.
You are now ready to use your mVip watch
